All our sessions are tailored to you. From assessing your ability and fitness in our first session we work on technique drills and conditioning that will take your boxing skill and fitness in the right direction.

Single Session
All are adult sessions are 10 x 3 minute rounds with 1 minute of rest (40 minutes). These sessions are tailored to you but generally start with a warm-up with shadow boxing, footwork drills and light pad work followed by specific pad drills, focussing on technique and conditioning.

Introduction
to Boxing
The perfect way to start your journey into boxing, whether you’ve never boxed before or you’re in your early days. We take you through our tried and tested 8 session camp on the fundamentals of boxing – we’ll look at footwork, defence, straight shots, conditioning and more. At the end of the camp you’ll be fitter and undeniably in love with the sweet science that is boxing.

White Collar
Fight Camp
8 Weeks
3 SESSIONS PER WEEK, 24 SESSIONS TOTAL
Signed-up to a White Collar or charity fight and want the best chance of winning? Then this is the camp for you.
Over the 8 week period leading up to your fight, we’ll train you progressively by starting with the boxing stance, footwork, defence and straight shots. We’ll then move onto bent arm shots, combos, catch and counter drills and block counter drills. Around week 3 or 4 we’ll begin body sparring. Each week you’ll progress with different, matched sparring partners.
All sessions will include core workouts and conditioning drills with advice on what to do outside of the session, giving you the best chance to be fully prepared for your fight.

What equipment do I need?
Boxing gloves, 14/16oz. hand wraps and water.
How long are the sessions?
Adult sessions are 10 x 3 minute rounds with 1 minute of rest (40 minutes).
Junior sessions are 10 x 2 minute rounds with 1 minute of rest (30 minutes).
Do you do group sessions?
Yes we do, but need to be pre-arranged, drop us a message.
Can we train at my gym or house?
Yes, if your gym allows (and/or if you have guest passes), it’s always good to ask before hand. We can train at your home if you have a suitable sized space / weather dependant if in the garden. Drop us a message.
Will I get hurt?
NO
Even though boxing is a full contact sport, you can still enjoy training to get fit and learn the fundementals of boxing without getting hit or being hurt.
If you do wish to box for self defence, unlicsened (white collar) or amatuer boxing, then you know being punched hurts. You want to learn to hit without getting hit….that is what your training for 🙂
